Why I Started

After realizing that women were not receiving the ideal analysis and perspective on the health topics that matter most, I decided to dedicate 100% of my bandwidth to filling this void. Ajenda was born from my professional expertise and personal experiences—as a woman, a doctor, and a network television correspondent.

Communication in health and science is everything, and after speaking to millions of people every day for over 15 years, I felt compelled to deliver women’s health and nutrition information in a new way. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges women face when it comes to health, fitness, and nutrition, and my own experiences led me to partner with experts like professional trainer Korey Rowe to explore different approaches to well-being.

Ajenda is my way of offering you the same tools and insights that have worked for my patients, my viewers, and myself—a space where expert advice, practical solutions, and community support come together to help you thrive.
