Join Me for Experiment U: A Live Ajenda Experience
After more than a year of planning, Dr. Jen is bringing her vision for wellness to life with Experiment U, a new hands-on experience launching in Miami this November. Get a first look at what makes it different from a traditional conference or retreat—and how she hopes to turn wellness advice into real-world action.

I have been working on something for more than a year, and I’m finally ready to start talking about it—and, of course, I wanted to do it here, exclusively, first.
On Saturday, November 21, in Miami, we’re launching Experiment U: a live, ticketed experience that I believe is the next evolution of what we’ve been building through Ajenda’s Wellness Experiment.
What is Experiment U?
This is not a conference, it isn’t a retreat, and it’s definitely not a day of sitting in a ballroom while experts lecture at you like you’re back in school. (Also, remember that “sitting is the new smoking” in terms of impact on our health!)
The premise is almost the opposite: You are the focus, the subject, the scientist, and the story.
That idea has been driving this from the beginning, so let me explain.
Wellness has become very good at giving us information and very bad at helping us decide what to do with it. Eat this. Take that. Try this device. Do this workout. Avoid that food. Track this and measure that. The advice may be evidence-based and interesting, but if it leaves you more overwhelmed than empowered, suffering analysis paralysis, I’m not sure we’ve accomplished very much.
Experiment U is designed to turn advice into evidence, and then turn that evidence into something impactful for your actual life.
Over the course of the day, participants will move through hands-on experiences focused on the nervous system, movement, metabolism, recovery, and reflection. Instead of simply hearing about these concepts, you’ll experience them, measure them, and begin to understand what your own body is telling you.
But the goal is not data for data's sake
The goal is to leave with something to act on, not just something to think about.
Every in-person participant will generate their own “U Score” and then receive an individualized report that brings together baseline information, responses to the day's protocols, observations, and next steps. You collect your own data, and you decide how to proceed with your own Wellness Experiment.
There will be nationally renowned physicians, specialists, and experts guiding the day, but their role is not to stand on a stage and tell you what to do. Their role is to make recommendations, and yours is to make decisions.
That balance matters to me. I want this to be evidence-based without being emotionally sterile, and thoughtful without becoming overwhelming. Science matters, but so does how you feel, what you value, what you are ready to change, and what actually fits into your life.
Then there’s the community piece, which may be just as powerful
There’s something different about learning alongside other women who are asking the same questions about strength, metabolism, sleep, hormones, recovery, and how they want to feel in the years ahead. There will be women there who are just looking to fine-tune, women who want a major wellness overhaul, and everyone in between. But what we all share is curiosity. Curiosity creates conversation, and conversation creates connection. And in a world where feeling DISconnected is becoming as common as the “influencer du jour,” anything that counters this represents a step in the right wellness direction.
We’re also building Experiment U so you don’t have to be in Miami to be part of it. We’re offering a ticketed streaming experience, along with digital resources that extend the experiment beyond the day itself.
We’re incredibly excited about this event, but I want to be transparent: this event will not be inexpensive.
We’re creating something ambitious, medically grounded, and deeply interactive. My goal is not to make the cheapest wellness event. It’s to create one that feels genuinely stimulating, engaging, and worth your time, whether you’re with us in Miami or participating from home.
Tickets are not on sale yet, but will be soon. When they go live, I’ll announce it right here, in Today’s Ajenda!! Click here to be sure you don’t miss it.
For now, save the date: Saturday, November 21, 2026. Miami.
The idea is simple but the effect is comprehensive: Come curious. Participate fully. Gather your data. Ask questions. And leave with a plan made specifically for you and where you are.
