Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened plain coconut or Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger

Directions:
