Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 3 oz sirloin steak
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 oz broccolini
  • ⅓ cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 2 tbsp shaved Parmesan
  • Lemon juice (used in instructions; approximately 1 tbsp)

‍

Directions:

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper and drizzle with ½ tsp olive oil.

Grill steak for 3–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness. Transfer to a plate and let rest.

Toss broccolini with ½ tsp olive oil and grill until crisp-tender and lightly charred, about 3–4 minutes, turning once or twice.

In a medium bowl, combine cannellini beans, celery, lemon juice, and remaining 1 tsp olive oil. Season to taste and top with shaved Parmesan.

Serve steak alongside broccolini and the cannellini bean salad.
