Seasoned ground turkey adds a savory kick, while black beans, brown rice, and crisp veggies provide fiber and lasting energy. A dollop of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cheddar give a creamy finish that makes this dish both nourishing and deeply satisfying—an easy go-to for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cooked lean ground turkey
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Season the cooked ground turkey with cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
  2. Divide the turkey into two portions (4 oz each).
