Ingredients:
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup unsweetened plain coconut or Greek yogurt
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tbsp flaxseed or chia seeds
- ½ tsp psyllium husk
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
Directions:
- BLEND protein powder, almond milk (or milk of choice), unsweetened plain coconut or Greek yogurt, ½ frozen banana, flaxseed or chia seeds, psyllium husk, spinach, and fresh grated ginger until smooth.
