If you're craving ice cream, here’s my go-to “Jen-approved” swap that tastes shockingly close but gives you way fewer calories, more protein, and that same cold-creamy hit your brain is asking for.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (2% or 0%, your choice)
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon honey (optional, to taste)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Mini dark chocolate chips
  • Blueberries or raspberries

Directions:

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a bowl.
  2. Sweeten with honey if using.
  3. Stir very well, almost whipping it, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place the bowl in the freezer for 10–15 minutes, until it thickens and reaches a cold, soft-serve texture.
  5. Remove from the freezer and enjoy immediately.
