Greek Yogurt “Soft Serve”
A high-protein, low-calorie swap for ice cream that takes two minutes, no blender required. This quick freezer trick turns Greek yogurt into a thick, creamy, soft-serve–style treat that satisfies a sweet tooth without the sugar crash.

If you're craving ice cream, here’s my go-to “Jen-approved” swap that tastes shockingly close but gives you way fewer calories, more protein, and that same cold-creamy hit your brain is asking for.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (2% or 0%, your choice)
