This creamy, protein-packed Jamaican chocolate ice cream blends rich cacao with warming cinnamon and nutmeg for a healthier twist on a comforting frozen treat. Quick to make and naturally sweetened, it’s the perfect balance of indulgent flavor and nourishing ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut  

Directions:

Blend frozen banana with protein powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and almond milk until smooth.

Scoop into a bowl and top with cacao nibs and shredded coconut.
