This ruby-red showstopper is loaded with pomegranate polyphenols, anti-inflam- matory ginger, and vitamin C from fresh lime. The "confetti" of pomegranate seeds and floating cranberries looks like edible or- naments, and at just 74 calories per glass, you
can toast guilt-free all season long. Plus the ginger gives it a spicy kick while improving digestion. This recipe is perfect for hosting, Dry January prep, or any time you want a festive drink that feels special and intentional.

Ingredients:

Base

  • 3 cups 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1½ cups cranberry juice (unsweetened if possible)
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup grated fresh ginger
  • 6–7 cups sparkling water (plain or lime-flavored)
  • Ice

Superfood “Confetti”

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • Rosemary sprigs (optional, for a wintery aroma)

Directions:

  • Stir pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, lime juice, and ginger in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes so the ginger releases its flavor (this base can be refrigerated up to 24 hours ahead).
  • Mix in sparkling water and ice just before serving.
  • Serve in clear glasses (coupe, flute, or tumbler).
  • Top each glass with pomegranate seeds, cranberries, lime slices, and mint.
  • Finish with a rosemary sprig, if using.
