Chocolate Protein "Truffles"
These chocolate protein ‘truffles’ are rich, satisfying, and packed with nourishing ingredients—proof that you can enjoy a sweet treat while still supporting your health goals.

These Valentine's-worthy truffles deliver rich chocolate flavor with nourishing ingredients, so you can enjoy every bite without feeling like you've "fallen off track." Self-love doesn't mean skipping the chocolate. It means choosing treats that love you back.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Medjool dates (softened in hot water)
- ⅔ cup nut or seed butter
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop protein powder
- A pinch of salt
Optional:
- 1–2 tbsp warm water (if needed)
- Cocoa powder or shredded coconut for rolling
Directions:
- BLEND in a food processor: 1 cup Medjool dates (softened in hot water), ¾ cup nut or seed butter, 3 tbsp cacao powder, 1½ tsp cinnamon, 1 scoop protein powder, and a pinch of salt until thick dough forms.
- DRIZZLE 1-2 tbsp warm water if needed.
- ROLL with slightly wet hands into 8 balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- STORE in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
OPTIONAL:
- Roll the balls in cocoa or coconut.
