This chocolate raspberry bowl is chocolatey, creamy, and oh-so decadent. The Greek yogurt packs 32 grams of protein (enough to trigger muscle protein synthesis!), while cacao powder and cinnamon add polyphenols and a warming spice flavor without extra sugar. Plus, the chia seeds sneak in extra fiber and omega-3s for gut health and satiety. Top it off with gooey, golden almond butter and a pinch of thick sea salt, and you've got a breakfast (or dessert) that'll hit your sweet spot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chiaseeds
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • A few drops of vanilla or maple extract
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 10 grams finely chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp almond butter

Directions:

  • STIR yogurt, cocoa powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla, if using, in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • TOP with chopped dark chocolate and drizzle with almond butter.
  • REFRIGERATE overnight to let the chia thicken slightly.
  • ADD raspberries on top.

OPTIONAL SWAPS:

  • Use soy yogurt for a plant-based version (add ½ scoop soy protein if needed)
  • Swap raspberries for blueberries or chopped pear
  • Skip almond butter if you want closer to 380 cal

MAKE-AHEAD TIP:

  • Stir everything except the chocolate and almond butter the night before. In the morning, add toppings and go.
